Foreign Secretary William Hague is at best numb and vague and at worst anti-Semitic. (Anti-Israel is the same as anti-Semitic, and there's an end of it.) From the BBC, which has reported the incident with all the bias you would expect:

At least nine people were reportedly killed after commandos stormed a ship destined for the Gaza Strip.
Israel says its soldiers were shot at and attacked; activists say Israeli troops came on board shooting.
Mr Hague called for limits on aid for Gaza to be lifted and said access to any Britons involved was being sought.
One UK national has been injured and consular access has been granted to them, Mr Hague told the BBC.
The exact number of UK nationals on board the vessel is not yet known, but reports are coming in to the BBC that at least five Britons may be on the ship.
More fool them. If you lie down with dogs, you wake up with fleas. As for aid to Gaza, let the Ummah provide - it will leave less money over for dawah. And perhaps the Gazans should limit the size of their families, as Western taxpayers must do when forced to stump up the cost of supporting the "Poor Palestinians" in the idleness and reproductive recklessness to which they have become accustomed. And about those "starving" children - they're pretty chubby. Starved, perhaps, of the latest mobile phone or computer game, inshallah they may get up off their fat backsides and work.
