I have a better idea.  The Norwegians recall their troops from Afghanistan and then send their entire army in to retake Gronland for Norway and all non-Muslim Norwegians.

Every Mohammedan who survives the onslaught - because if he resists the reimposition of Nowegian law and sovereignty, he will be met with deadly force - will have his residency or citizenship papers cancelled and be packed onto a plane or a boat as applicable, to be Returned to whence he or his parents came from, forthwith: Somalis to Somalia, North Africans to North Africa, Pakistanis to Pakistan, Afghans to Afghanistan, etc.  'Palestinian' Arab Muslims can be dropped off in rubber rafts just offshore from Gaza, or on the Sinai coast.

and as for the threats and boasting:  "if Norwegian soldiers can fly to Afghanistan then Mohammed and Osama can fly to Norway"...actually, no.  Mohammed and Osama and Fatima could not fly to Norway, not if Norway were to draw the obvious conclusion from this latest development, and place a flat ban on all Mohammedan entry into Norway henceforward.  No more Muslim 'immigrants', no more Muslim fake 'refugees', no more Muslim 'tourists' and 'students'.  No more visas for identifiable Muslims to enter Norway under any circumstance whatsoever.  And if they pretend to be something else in order to sneak in, well, let it be known that such impostors, the moment their imposture was detected, would be bounced out so fast that they would still be wondering what happened when they woke up, upside down in the gutter.  And any Muslim currently resident in Norway but caught committing crimes such as murder, rape, assault, armed robbery and major fraud, and/ or advocating sharia and/ or inciting to practise or attempting to practise or actually practising any aspect of Sharia that violates Norwegian law (e g. polygyny, forced 'marriage'  - especially forced 'marriage' of minors, and the threatening or attacking 'apostates' and 'blasphemers') should be out on his or her ear, also, sans papers.
