Taha Abdul-Basser invites apostates to choose between death and the "hegemonic modern human rights discourse".

I'm half in love with easeful death.

I reject his invitation, without regrets, due to an unresolvable and permanent scheduling conflict.

Isn't that what our commander in chief would call a "false choice"? Perhaps a synthesis could be achieved, for example "the death of discourse about 'hegemoninc human rights discourse'".

Oh for a draught of vintage ZamZam Water   We could all drink it with Taha -  while calling him soft names in many a muzzie rhyme -  and discuss these topics in friendly intercourse.  But he argues that apostates can only be done to death in muslim jurisdictions - so nothing to worry about, really.  I mean - it's only 5 minutes to zero hour.  Seems at nice man, at heart.

Talking of deadlines and such - what's the worst excuse to leave somewhere you're don't like being: Good God  - is that the time!  Must go, the Jehovah's Witnesses are due at our place soon and I'd hate  to miss them.
