Immigration Fraud, Thy Name is Islam: Pakistani Muslims (And Most Likely Other Kinds of Muslims, Too) Gaming and Overwhelming the Australian Immigration System

As reported yesterday by Hayden Cooper and Nikki Tugwell for Australia's ABC.

http://www.abc.net.au/news/2012-05-02/immigration-workers-reveal-widespread-visa-fraud/3985834

'Immigration workers claim widespread visa fraud'

'Two Immigration Department insiders have broken ranks to reveal serious claims of frequent and widespread fraud in visa applications, which they say has led to child trafficking on Australian soil.

Probably the importation of grossly-underaged child brides for Mohammedan males already here...- CM

'The allegations relate to family visa applications in which Pakistanis are claiming to be from Afghanistan.

Simple way to fix that is to stop taking in Mohammedans from Afghanistan, period.  They keep telling us they don't want our people on their soil, so why don't we just pull out all our men from the Afghanistan hell-pits and then state flatly that we will no longer accept even one more Afghani (or claiming-to-be-Afghani-but-ain't) Muslim onto our soil? - CM

'While immigration officials often detect the fraud, in many cases they are overruled on appeal.

In other words, Mohammedans are gaming the system - CM

'A former employee at the Australian High Commission in Islamabad, who wishes to remain anonymous, says she witnessed visa fraud in her office "on a daily basis".

"Definitely, in fact I would say just about daily, a large percentage of my caseload would've been Pakistanis claiming to be Afghan refugees or Afghan asylum seekers", she said.

'It is something that even refugee advocates acknowledge.

"I'm not sure that I would say regularly, but it's certainly something I have come across," migration agent Marion Le said.

"I know there are people living now in Australia as permanent residents, as citizens who are actually citizens of Pakistan but who pass themselves off as Afghani".

And I wonder how many of those are from the sharia-crazed jihad-wracked northwest provinces.  Time to investigate; and if we can prove fraud, why can we not simply cancel their residency  - or for that matter, their Australian citizenship if they have managed to acquire same - and send them right back to Pakistan?  Rather than run the risk, further down the track, of losing tens, or scores, or hundreds or even thousands of non-Muslim Australians in a mass-murderous jihad attack - a la the attempted Times Square bombing in the USA - carried out by one or more Pakistani Mohammedans who either entered Australia with the intention from the outset of waging Jihad terror, or else 'got religion' and recruited themselves for combat Jihad after their arrival here.  Muslims pouring into Australia by means of visa fraud represents a whole other type of problem from any other kind of illegal immigrant. - CM

'The ABC also obtained a letter from another Immigration Department employee which details the extent of the problem.

"Illegal facilitation of non-family members, children, child brides, and unknown strangers via false documents, false statements and false applications", the letter reads.

Note the child brides. And - 'unknown strangers'.  One wonders how many of those are primed for Jihad. - CM'

'The letter said some visa holders already in Australia (and how many of those got here under false pretences, to start with - CM)  are sponsoring family members who are in fact no relation at all.

That is what DNA testing was invented to detect.  DNA test those making these sorts of claims, and check against their putative kin sponsors.  Better still, let's just stop importing Muslims. From anywhere.  No matter what sob story they spin us. - CM

'Afghans in Pakistan are being coached by ever more informed relatives and agents in Australia about how to sidestep DIAC's (Department of Immigration and Citizenship) integrity processes", the letter reads.

Anyone caught doing that should be stripped of residency or citizenship and sent right back to Pakistan or Afghanistan or wherever, too. - CM

"When particular visa subclasses are being cracked down on - for instance the 'orphan relative' and 'carer' visas - the fraud simply moves to other caseloads.

And think how much time and money it is taking to keep on trying to stop this gaming of the system.  Like I said, let's just cut the Gordian knot and stop importing Muslims altogether. - CM

"Family reunification visas are now the preferred 'fraud du jour',".

'The former High Commission employee agrees with the letter's sentiments.

"I know that there are children that have come to Australia who are not related to the people that they have been sponsored by - they're not part of that person's family", she said.

"You know they've just been lost in the system - lost in the world, wherever they are".

I wonder how many of them would be little-girl 'possessions of the right hand'? - CM

'Ms Le said she often comes across "women and girls who have been beaten and their families who don't leave for cultural reasons.  I've got four cases on my books at the moment of very, very serious abuse here in Australia", Ms Le said.

'Source of frustration'

'Immigration Department spokesman Sandi Logan acknowledges that there are issues.

Understatement of the year.  And if you were to talk to people with the same kind of job as yours in every other western country, Mr Logan, you would discover that everywhere that there are Muslims entering non-Muslim countries, no matter from whence they come, the same massive and brazen frauds are being perpetrated. - CM

"We have been able in fact to halt a number of attempts where people have tried to pass off children as their own", he said. "This is unfortunate that this occurs, but fortunately we do have systems in place to detect and to prevent [it]".

'The former High Commission employee says many visa applications were detected and rejected, but that is when the Migration Review Tribunal (MRT) would intervene.

'The sponsor would go to the MRT in Australia and the case would be remitted, and in that case we'd have no choice but to grant [the visa]", she said.

Gaming the system. - CM

'She says the decisions were "an endless source of frustration".

"Sometimes you got to the point where you thought, 'Why bother refusing?'," she said.

And that is exactly why the Mohammedans are doing it.  To swamp - to overwhelm- our defences.  To wear people down till they simply lose the will to say No. - CM

'Mr Logan says he can understand the frustrations of staff, but that is why a review mechanism is in place.

"It doesn't mean that we get it wrong when the decision is overturned - it is more often than not the passage of time which has resulted in either new evidence coming to light, or new circumstances presenting themselves over time", he said.

In other words, new and slicker fake documents, etc, have been presented, and better sob stories cooked up? - CM

'In some visa categories, more than half of all rejections were later overturned on appeal at the MRT, despite the decisions of the Immigration Tribunal.

'The MRT and Refugee Review Tribunal currently have about 100 members constantly processing a backlog of thousands of visa appeals.

'Thousands'.  Good god.  Think what all this is costing.  And if most of them  are being presented by Mohammedans, then we are in trouble, because the law of probabilities says that among those 'thousands' are any number of persons who are likely to be - or to become - dangerous toward non-Muslims in Australia. - CM

'Tribunals chief Denis O'Brien admitted to 7.30 [that is, the ABC's '7.30 Report' - CM] that his workers " are not coping particularly well at the moment", but defended the decision-making process.

"Our decision-making is sound, notwithstanding the fact that we've got a large volume to deal with", he said.

"When they appeal to us they will often want to put evidence before us that addresses the deficiency in their case when they lost originally before the department".

Yeah.  They cook up another story and another set of more-convincing-looking documents. - CM

'Former immigration minister Philip Ruddock believes the added strain is causing the tribunals to buckle in approving applications, thereby avoiding any chance of further legal appeals.

"It's an easier decision to take if you know that the Government's not going to appeal your decision and if you grant the applicant what he or she wants, they won't be appealing the decision either", he said.

'Mr Ruddock did not mince his words on the child trafficking allegations.

"Well I'm aware of the claims that minors and women are trafficked and if that's happening, it needs to be pursued rigorously and by those in authority", he said.

Yes, it does.  And as and when we find - as we assuredly will, because it has happened in other Western countries, multiple times - that Muslims within Australia are using fraud to import child brides, or 'dancing boys', or children to be used as de facto household slaves, then all those doing the importing should be stripped of residency or citzenship and sent right back to dar al Islam on the double. - CM

A person you claim to be a Mohameddean

The reason why most Afghanis do not want Australians on their soil is because they are lost themselves in war. They feel that the war wont cease unless the soldiers would leave. Plus the Australians did not go for the sake of living or running away from torment. They went there because they were forced to got there to complete missions that are American based. Afghanis are coming here through proper applications and it is not their fault that they are getting accepted after going through rigorous security check-ups. Unlike the Australians who just go there and stay for ages with no application of any sort. Please disregard racism when talking about these issues. Just thank your God that you were born in a peaceful country instead of being racist towards others in other parts of the world that feel tormented by saddistic regimes. It is everyones duty to help each other in this small world because no one can be so sure they wouldnt need the other person in the future. You should be way more sophisticated than naming others by the person they follow. Evryone has a name. Leave racism out of it please. Cheers
