Police hunt suspect after Stella Creasy has windows smashed and ‘genocide’ graffiti daubed at office

Stella Creasy was the Labour MP for Walthamstow and is now the Labour candidate for that constituency. This attack is as reprehensible as Nigel Farage being doused with milkshake in Clacton earlier this month, or the arson attack on the office of Mike Freer MP for Finchley and Golders Green in May.  The democratic process must go ahead freely and without intimidation no matter what your personal views on the candidate.  I do not admire Miss Creasy but such attacks are unethical. Thankfully only property was damaged on Sunday morning. The milkshake was harmless but could have been acid or drain cleaner. The arson attack could have cost lives.

The Telegraph reports

A manhunt is under way after Stella Creasy, the Labour politician, had the windows of her office smashed and the words “Labour child bombing liars” graffitied on the pavement outside.

The former MP for Walthamstow in northeast London, said that she would not be intimidated and that those responsible “do not belong in the political process”.

The Metropolitan Police is investigating and Ms Creasy said voters in the constituency would “not be cowed or influenced by violence”.

It is understood that a hammer was used to break the windows and the same individual then scrawled graffiti, reading: “F— your weasel words this is genocide. Labour child bombing Liars. 2001, 2003, 2024.”

On Sunday, police issued an image of a suspect dressed all in black with a hood up and gloves on.

Det Supt Dion Brown said: “It is entirely unacceptable for the office of one of London’s prospective parliamentary candidates to be targeted in this way. An urgent investigation is underway, and officers have attended the scene and are already following up active lines of enquiry, which will include full analysis of all available CCTV footage.

Later the Borough police issued a second image via their X account

Miss Creasy has correctly issued a statement that she will not be intimidated.

Message to whoever attacked my office last night. You don’t intimidate me and you don’t belong in the political process.

However I did predict this 12 years ago. I grew up on the border of Walthamstow and Leyton and regular readers might recall my particular concern about the islamisation of the whole borough, indeed East London generally. When the EDL held the first of their three demonstrations in the area, I wrote this ahead of the first and largest, that of Saturday 1st September 2012.

The photographs didn’t transfer over (I retain the originals) when the NER upgraded our website but you’ll get the gist. Stella Creasy was a vociferous opponent of the EDL and went so far as to call my article lies on Twitter as it then was.  I didn’t deal with her directly and to this day I do not know who it was who, using the name Common Sense sent her the link and challenged her to demonstrate what wasn’t true. As one of the incidents I detailed was illustrated from her own Twitter account that could have been an interesting debate but she refused to engage with him other than to tell him (he feels masculine somehow) that “… the lies you try to spread about my community make me physically sick’

I’m a hoarder. I keep tickets, receipts, keys to doors I no longer have (might come in useful) and screenshots of aged insults.

I said at the time that those handmaidens who courted and pandered to the Muslim vote would eventually come unstuck when Muslims were strong enough to turn on them.

And it has happened. Standing against Miss Creasy in this current election is Imran Arshad of The Workers Party (George Galloway’s vehicle for Palestine) recommended and approved by Muslim Vote,  and Nancy Taafe (I’m the true socialist round here) who once stood with her on an EDL counter platform.  But in a democracy we need diversity of opinion and thought, and not just skin and sexuality.

Eg: Stella Creasy is entitled to say that some women have a penis; I am entitled to say she is talking bolleaux.

Violence against any party or candidate MUST be condemned.

And schadenfreude is a trait I must not allow myself to indulge in.

  1. Perp dressed like an Antifa thug – many of these attacks in the US are done by members of Leftist groups – press claims it’s Trump voters and after the Antifa type is finally arrested all you get is MSM silence.
