A Briefs Debate

Writing in the 1930s when men in brown shirts and black shirts and red shirts were brawling in the streets of Europe, P.G. Wodehouse wrote about Sir Roderick Spode, leader of the black shorts. Who could take seriously anything Roderick said after that? We should apply that lesson to our current contenders. For once, a debate between Donald Trump, dressed in a red g-string, and Joe Biden, in a blue jockstrap, would be worth watching.
