All Aid Short of War

US policy in the months before Japan attacked Pearl Harbor in World War II was to provide Britain with “all aid short of war.” Although grateful for every shipload of supplies that was sent, cynics fearing Britain would succumb unless more was done called it “all aid short of help.'” Now, at another turning point in history, let’s resolve to do enough for Ukraine that no one can say it was too little to help.
