From the Midlands newspaper the Express and Star
Counter-terrorism police were searching two addresses in Birmingham today after a man was arrested at Gatwick Airport.
The 24-year-old was preparing to board a plane when he was arrested by officers from West Midlands Counter Terrorism Unit this morning. The terror suspect is being held at a police station in the West Midlands alongside a 20-year-old woman who was detained at an address in West London.
That was breaking news on the car radio as I set out this morning and there has been no update that I can see yet this evening.
