I still can't get how lots of Italian and French people are in favor of communism. It goes against all good senses to profit from comfort that capitalism offers us and to spit into one's plate in the same time. If a North Korean speaks for communism, his credibility comes from the fact that he lives under that political regime. As far, we don't hear any opinions from the inhabitants of North Korea because they are not allowed to have any contact with the world. They are imprisoned in their own country and those trying to escape are severely punished. In the former Soviet block, there were masses of people trying to get through the border dividing the two worlds. Who was lucky made it to a better life, while those less fortunate spent years in forced labor camps, imprisoned, tortured, martyred. Those illegally crossing the border were risking everything to get out of communism. It is clear to me that if a system needs to be forced on the population in order to be accepted it is not all honey. If there are masses of Cubans who have preferred to abandon their country rather that to live under Castro, it is a sign for me that Cuba is not such a paradise as many uninformed dreamers try to suggest.
