Like a few regions in South America (e.g., where Paraguay and Brazil meet), West Africa has been good for Lebanese Shiite businessmen to conduct their louche activities which, along with importing, and grocery stores, also include smuggling and car theft. But American pressure is decreasing the amount of money they can send back to their terrorist group in Lebanon.
