KSM, Mastermind of 9/11, Wrote Insulting Letter to Obama in 2015

For the life of me, I cannot undertand why this man is still breathing 15 years after 9/11 and counting. Why has he not been tried and executed by now? He freely admitted his role in 9/11 and to the murder of Daniel Pearle – beheaded with his “blessed right hand.” The letter is reproduced in its entirety here.
