One Small First Step in Self-Defence Against Jihad: Australia Promises Laws to Strip Citizenship from Dual-Nationality Terrorists

There is much, much more that could be done and should be done, and nobody is yet clear-headed enough to state what ought to be obvious: that measures of this kind are primarily, indeed solely intended to protect Australian Infidels from the Global Jihad.  Still, it’s a start.

As reported by James Bennett, Eliza Borrello and Chris Uhlmann for the ABC, within the past fortnight.

‘The Federal Government will legislate “within weeks” to strip dual-nationality terrorists (that is: jihad-waging Muslims – CM) of their Australian citizenship, but the Prime Minister says Australia has “no intention” of applying similar moves to Australians (sic: he should have said, “to Australian-passport-holding Muslims” – CM) with no other citizenship.

Why “no intention”?  Wake up, Prime Minister: what we are dealing with here is a Fifth Column, agents and activists and camp followers of the transnational Ummah or Mohammedan Mob, the de facto Empire of Islam, which is pursuing the latest stage of its 1400-year-and-counting global jihad with a view to achieving Total World Domination;  the sooner you and the rest of our politicians realize that, the better.  Then all this agonizing about  ‘Australians’ – Muslims, for whom their infidel-country passport and citizenship status is merely a temporary and tactical convenience to be manipulated and exploited for their own and the Ummah’s benefit, nothing else – who will be left ‘stateless’, can be dispensed with, and we can take all necessary measures for our self-defence. – CM

‘The new laws will apply to dual-national Australian citizens who fight with or support terrorist groups at home or abroad.

Fortunately, since many Muslim immigrants (as is seen in, for example, France) seem to retain their Muslim-country “citizenship” (if that is the right word for it) when taking out citizenship in an Infidel country, this should cover quite a few of those who have currently waltzed off to Syria and Iraq to wage Jihad in company with Islamic State. – CM

“As flagged by me in my national security statement in February we will be legislating within a few weeks to strip dual citizens involved in terrorism of their Australian citizenship”, Tony Abbott announced this afternoon.

‘Under the proposal, the immigration minister will have the power to remove a dual-national’s Australian citizenship, but it will be subject to judicial review and oversight from the Federal Court.

“I want to stress we will be ensuring that, as far as we can humanly make it, no-one becomes stateless, and any decision by the minister to strip someone of their citizenship, to strip a dual national of Australian citizenship, will be subject to due judicial review”, Mr Abbott said.

Those Aussie-resident Muslims, whether born here or immigrated and “naturalised” here, and whether born to Muslim families and pickled in Islam from birth, or of non-Muslim background but foolishly or wickedly converting to Islam (as did the late Jake Bilardi), who go to Syria or Iraq to join Islamic State (and the legislation should, I think, bear in mind the actual or future case of Australia-resident Muslims who join any other sort of jihad entity, whether state or non-state) should not be regarded as becoming “stateless” if they are deprived of the Australian citizenship status which, by their decision to join Islamic State, they have themselves already repudiated.  – CM

‘The ABC has confirmed that there was a robust discussion in Cabinet over the proposal that an Australian citizen, who has no other citizenship, might have it withdrawn.

‘Mr Abbott and Immigration Minister Peter Dutton were described as “gung ho” regarding the idea that Mr Dutton be given the power to withdraw citizenship from someone “suspected” of being a terrorist.

It might be a good idea to consider making it more difficult for people to obtain citizenship in the first place.  Frankly, I’d prefer to cut right to the chase and end all further entry of Muslims into Australia, and to refuse to grant Australian citizenship to any identifiable Muslim who, currently resident in Australia, does not yet have citizenship; or to the issue of any such resident (but non-citizen) Muslim.  The fewer Muslims hold Australian citizenship status in the first place, the better.  If they’re not citizens to start with, then when they Go Jihad, it’s a lot easier to give them the boot. – CM

‘Announcing the changes, Mr Abbott did not deny that there had been debate…

‘The concern expressed by several ministers was that the proposal did not have sufficient due process for withdrawing such a substantial right.

Once we get our heads round the idea that Muslims qua Muslims cannot and very frequently do not or wholeheartedly swear loyalty to an Infidel polity in the first place – as was seen in the case of the would-be Times Square bomber, a Muslim of Pakistani background who, before plotting his fortunately-a-failure jihad attack had taken out American citizenship, and who, when in the course of his trial he was challenged about his oath of allegiance, replied coolly that he did swear but that he “didn’t mean it” – we will be able to sort this thing out much more expeditiously. – CM

‘Asked about the issue, Mr Abbott said he was “open to all mechanisms which are consistent with a free and fair and tolerant society that will help this Government to keep Australians as safe as we possibly can.”

Well, if you want a free and fair and tolerant society that is also reasonably safe, Prime Minister, I suggest you start figuring out how to put a stop to all further entry of Muslims, and how to encourage as many as possible, out of those already present, to leave.  And how to make sure that those who are leaving, right now, expressly to engage in or support combat jihad, are prevented from ever being able to return.  Got Muslims? – got Jihad.  More Muslims = More Jihad.   – CM

“So I’m certainly open, but at this stage, I’m not flagging any particular intention by the Government”, he said.

You will be hearing from me, Prime Minister.  And, I am sure, from many others.  There are many, many of us who, after taking the trouble to inform ourselves about Islam, its doctrines and its historical track record, have come to the conclusion that the less Islam there is in Australia, the better. – CM

‘Earlier, Mr Dutton explained to Macquarie Radio how a British law allowing authorities to strip sole ciitzens of their nationality would work if applied in Australia.

“The way in which it operates in the UK is to say, well, you were born in Australia (sic: I think he should have said, in the UK – CM) to parents who have moved here from another country”, he said.

“They’ve been naturalised, you’ve been born in our country, but because of your birthright you have the ability to make application to your home country, if you like, for citizenship.”

‘Mr Abbott said the idea would likely be considered by the discussion paper due for release today, but reiterated that it was not part of the Government’s immediate plans.

“Because this is something which one of our principal partners and allies does, I expect it’s something that may be canvassed in the discussion paper”, he said. “But we certainly have formed no intention to go down that path.”

‘Veteran Liberal MP Philip Ruddock and Senator Concetta Fierravante-Wells have been appointed to lead a national debate about the obligations of being an Australian citizen.

A waste of time, when dealing with the Mohammedan Fifth Column.  Like the Times Square bomber in the USA, glibly and mendaciously rattling off his oath of allegiance, they will look us in the eye and lie through their teeth. – CM

‘Queensland Liberal-National MP George Christensen upset some of his colleagues when he told this morning’s party room meeting [that] the notion of multiculturalism had led to the problems Australia is facing with foreign fighters.

‘Mr Christensen has confirmed his comments to the ABC.

‘He says people coming to Australia should uphold one set of cultural values.

“We’ve just got to stop talking about multiculturalism, put it aside, and let’s talk about citizenship, let’s talk about the values of being Australian”, he said.

In the case of Muslims entering Australia, all of that – except in the case of those few who are already unhappy with Islam and preparing to renounce it altogether – will simply go in one ear and out the other. – CM

“I think a lot of the problems that we’re going through with foreign fighters, with terrorist actions in Australia, really, if we want to look at the root cause of the problems it’s this misguided notion of multiculturalism”, he said.

Insofar as it led people to think that we could allow hundreds of thousands of Muslims into Australia and that they would not Go Jihad on us, yes, it’s a cause of the problem. But it’s not the cause of the problem with “foreign fighters” or “terrorist actions” within our gates.  The root cause is Islam, Islam, Islam; the jihad imperative that is hardwired into Islam.  – CM

“What I mean by that is, people have ascribed (sic: subscribed – CM) to this idea that all values from all cultures are equal, that none are greater [than others] and [that] therefore all the problems that we see emanating from certain cultures can be considered worthy of inclusion in Australia, well, that’s wrong.”

Yes.  The mistake on our part was in being unable or unwilling to see that Islam is different; that Islam is, as Danish scholar Tina Magaard discovered and demonstrated, “the most warlike religion” (echoing Sir Winston Churchill’s pithy description of it, way back in the 1890s, as “the religion of blood and war”); and, because refusing to recognise that Islam is different – different and dangerous, even deadly dangerous, allowing thousands, tens of thousands, scores and now hundreds fo thousands, of Muslims to settle within our gates, within what they have always regarded as the dar al Harb, the Zone of War, enemy territory that must be transformed – by fraud and/ or by force – into dar al Islam, where Islam dominates and Muslims rule.  If we had known better, we wouldn’t have let any of them in in the first place.  Given that they are in, our object should be to discourage them from remaining (while encouraging and protecting any who do openly apostasise).  And we should not be importing any more, because they are manifestly and dangerously and very, very expensively hostile and inassimilable. – CM
