Ouch! Don’t Worry, It May Never Happen

     I’m not as worried as other people that a sleepy president might unleash a nuclear war by mistake. I remember Art Buchwald, long-time Washington Post columnist, saying that given the way government works, the only thing that will happen when someone presses the red button is that the door of the White House garage will open.
