Ouch! Shiver, Shudder and Shake

Let’s never forget that, but for the debate that revealed his disastrous mental decline to the world, we’d be facing an election in which a senile Joe Biden, wrapped in swaddling clothes by his promoters to conceal his condition, stood a 50-50 chance of emerging as the leader of the Western world for another four years.
