Pro-Palestinian Radicals Target Symbols of Christianity

This was a article in Breitbart over the weekend and gives details of incidents happening in the US. But it makes sense of things spotted in England and maybe elsewhere.

Radical pro-Palestinian demonstrations appear to have developed a new tactic: they are targeting Christmas tree lightings across the country, and other Christian symbols, in addition to symbols of Israel and Jewish institutions. The latest example was Friday’s protest in Los Angeles, where pro-Palestinian radicals marched from a fundraiser for President Joe Biden to an area where there are several synagogues. They sprayed anti-Israel graffiti on the walls opposite the synagogues, and also vandalized a local church.

…in Michigan, pro-Palestinian protesters tried to drown out a children’s choir at a Christmas tree lighting in Ypsilanti last month.

@codepinkBETHLEHEM CANCELED CHRISTMAS Yesterday, we disrupted a Christmas singalong in Chicago to draw attention to the genocide in Palestine.

.Vandalism of churches in France was a problem even before Israel’s defence to the terror attacks on 7th October, although not every attack there is jihad; there are also anti-religion left wing terrorists, satanists and people with genuine psychiatric problems.

My source in the north of England took these photographs of Bradford Cathedral in Yorkshire today, sprayed with orange paint the words “War Crime”.  I can only conclude that they are refering to the action in Gaza.  The Church of England hasn’t martyred anybody since the early 17th century. But with statistical sources giving the demographic in Bradford as between 25-30% Muslim that is more likely to be exercising their minds than any other conflict.
..
Bradford Cathedral makes such an effort to be inclusive and ecumenical; The International Christmas service scheduled for 23rd December sounds potentially lovely. “an informal Christmas service featuring music and readings from Christians from Ukraine, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Pakistan, India, Sudan, Hong Kong and other communities based in- and around- Bradford. . .  will conclude with light refreshments including food from some of these cultural traditions.”

A spokesperson for Bradford Cathedral said: “We received reports of graffiti on the State Gate earlier in the week.

“As this is currently being investigated by West Yorkshire Police, we are unable to comment any further at the moment.”

Note, no pictures or description of the graffiti in the newspaper.
