Sadiq Khan continues to wriggle and evade a straight answer

Readers will remember that last week the Leader of London Conservatives Susan Hall tried to pin down Sadiq Khan (I will not call him Sir) on the subject of Grooming for rape gangs in London.

He kept asking her to make clear what she meant by ‘grooming’ gang.

She tried again earlier this week

As we discuss Sadiq Khan’s budget, @Councillorsuzie asked the Mayor whether he would ring-fence money for a London-wide grooming gang inquiry.

I am now sure in my own mind that these crimes are going on, and at some scale and he knows it. Why else would he keep deflecting the question.
