T0mmy R0bins0n – Appeal against sentencing at the Royal Courts of Justice today.

Back in March the hearing was seeking permission for a Judicial Review of the regime under which he is being held in HMP Woodhill.

This hearing is an appeal against his being committed to prison for Contempt of Court for the term of 18 months in the first place.

That was short and sweet. Before I could even hit ‘publish’ the panel of three Judges led by Lady Cheif Justice Sue Lascelles Carr, having heard all they want to in 1 hour 15 minutes have reserved their judgement to ‘a later date’

So Tommy remains in prison.
