T0mmy R0bins0n sentenced to imprisonment (again)
T0mmy was in court this morning. This was a trial for Civil Comtempt – breaching a High Court order not to continue to speak about the Syrian boy accused of assaults on his fellow school students, which includes the showing of his film about the incidents, Silenced. This was a pinned post on his X account for some weeks and by this morning had received 55 million views from all over the world.
Ezra Levant of Rebel News was with him and managed to tweet updates of much of the hearing before stopped by an official. He reports the sentence thus
Iโm out of the court now. Hereโs the result:
Tommy is sentenced to 18 months in prison less three days. But he will be released at the half-way point โ just under nine months.

This is not the criminal charge under the Terrorism Act that Tommy is also facing. That relates to his refusing to hand over the password/pin to his mobile phone to police; he claims journalistic privilege to protect his sources who evidence re grooming gang and other abuses is contained within.ย The legistation the police are using was designed to use in cases colloquially called ‘the ticking time bomb’ where a violent terror attack is underway or expected any minute. It was not intended for everyday routine questioning. That is to be heard early next month.
