I have several times heard it said that actual practising Satanists are solely concerned with acquiring power for themselves, and that Satanism is all about power, not worshipping Satan. Then again, there are probably many that are among Satan’s party and don’t know it. Satan himself surely finds all of it helpful – and amusing.

The modern outcome is more conservatives than ever, except lacking any common experience among them.
