Two More Articles That Tell Us Pretty Much All We Need to Know About Mohammad Hassan Whose Dangerous Driving Killed Two Hapless Infidel Women in Melbourne

First, the Herald-Sun, Shannon Deery reporting.

“Two Mothers Die in Horror Crash, But Accused “Caught laughing” Afterwards, Court Hears.

‘A man accused of crashing into a car and killing two mothers has been bailed – despite police fears he will flee the country.

Mohamad Hassan, 20, was also heard by police laughing on the phone to his mother shortly after his arrest, Melbourne Magistrates’ Court heard yesterday.

‘He has been charged over the deaths of Bozica Nicolic, 57, and Subha Deumic, 62, following Sunday night’s crash, with his speedometer allegedly stuck on 130 km/ hour after the incident.

‘Police told the court Mr Hassan failed to grasp the seriousness of his alleged offending.

The victims were two filthy Infidel females. Of course he couldn’t care less.  And he no doubt judges that, in the present climate of grovelling Islamophilia afflicting far too many of those in authority in the infidel world, he can pretty much get away with murder, if he plays his cards right. – CM

‘They strongly opposed bail, saying they feared the Lebanese national may now try to flee Australia.

Aha.  This vicious little lawbreaker does not have Aussie citizenship.  Let us be thankful for small mercies. And given what he has now done, he should never, never, never be granted Aussie citizenship.  Sentence served, his backside should be kicked all the way back to ruined-by-Islam Lebanon, where he belongs, and from which he should never have been permitted to enter Australia. – CM

‘But magistrate Mary Robertson said that risk should be managed.

Suuuuuure.  How??  Put a GPS tracking device on his back, like zoologists do to track roaming cats and suchlike? – CM

“If Mr Hassan were successful in leaving Australia, it would be difficult to bring him to justice here”, she said.

So why did you grant him bail? – CM

“There is a risk of flight, there is a risk of further offending, in my view there are conditions that could be applied that, if complied with, will reduce that risk”.

Really?  And if he does flit, Ms Robertson, and the Nikolic and Deumic families are denied justice, what then? – CM

‘Mr Hassan has surrendered an expired passport to police, but officers fear he may have made attempts to secure another passport from Lebanon.

Assume the worst.  Assume multiple passports and multiple identities.  Fraud and deceit is Islam’s middle name.  Time to sool the AFP and ASIO onto him, I think. What else have he – and most likely his extended family – been getting up to?  – CM

‘He has been charged with two counts each of culpable driving causing death and dangerous driving causing death.

‘He was driving an unregistered car with number-plates belonging to his uncle (how interesting; yet more flouting of Infidel laws; anybody see a pattern here? – CM) and may have been speeding (sic: he damn well was speeding – CM) at the time of the fatal crash in Attwood, in Melbourne’s south-west.

‘Ms Deumic’s daughters were a car behind and watched the tragedy.  Ms Nikolic’s daughter arrived at the scene shortly after.

‘Mr Hassan, who is not an Australian citizen (and should never, never, never be permitted to become one; as I have said previously we don’t need him and we don’t want him – CM) arrived in Australia less than 18 months ago. Jonathan Rattray, for Mr Hassan, said his client did not pose an unacceptable risk of reoffending.

??? !!! – CM

“He said his client was granted a protection visa to come to Australia (yeah, sure, I bet he spun an elaborate sob story, and our gullible officials swallowed it hook, line and sinker; perhaps that sob story, whatever it is, should be investigated again, double and triple checked, by ASIO and the AFP; fifty cents says that it’s the purest BS from beginning to end – CM)  and would not be returning to Lebanon.

Suuure. – CM

‘Ms Robertson imposed bail conditions including a $40,000 surety.  Mr Hassan is banned from driving, must not leave Victoria, and must report to police three times a week.”

Does anybody with any knowledge of Islam and Muslims believe for one second that our Mr Mohamad Hassan, who was laughing on the phone to his mum after he killed two Infidel ladies by his recklessly dangerous driving, is going to comply with any pesky infidel restrictions upon his behaviour and movements?

There are yet more interesting snippets of information in the report from one Bianca Hall that appeared in the Melbourne ‘Age’.

‘Driver In Horror Crash in Attwood a “Flight Risk” But Granted Bail.

I would like to know whether non-Muslim persons who have committed similar offences – speeding and running of red lights causing death – have similarly been permitted out on bail and under what conditions. – CM

‘A Mercedes driver accused of running a red light and smashing into another car, killing two mothers, was allegedly seen laughing on the phone shortly after being interviewed by police, a court has heard.

‘Mohamad Hassan, a 20-year-old Lebanese citizen, had been in Australia for a year when the unregistered black Mercedes he was driving sped through a red light on Sunday night and slammed into a Toyota, kllling its two occupants, a court was told on Tuesday.

‘The speedometer needle on Hassan’s car was frozen at 130 km/ hour after the crash, it is alleged.

‘Best friends Subha Deumic and Bozica Nikolic were killed in the horror crash, which Mrs Deumic’s daughter Armina – travelling behind the pair in another car – was forced to helplessly watch.

Magistrate Kay Robertson granted Mr Hassan bail in the Melbourne Magistrates Court, ordering he pay $40,000 surety, surrender any passports or travel documents, live at home and not drive a vehicle or travel in the front seat of any motor vehicle.  He was also ordered not to attend airports or any ports with international shipping lines.

I bet he flits anyway.  Who knows how many passports he and his extended family – now ensconced in Australia – may have between them, or what their real names or identities are?  – CM

‘She said, while “there is a risk of flight [and] there is a risk of further offending”, those risks could be mitigated by Mr Hassan being ordered to comply with strict bail conditions.

How will those conditions be enforced?  This is a person who cares not two straws for any pesky Infidel laws nor for the lives and property of the filthy Infidels. – CM

‘The Office of Public Prosecution had vigorously opposed bail, with Detective Senior Constable Alexander Osmelak telling the court Mr Hassan was an unacceptable flight risk, had “no respect for the Australian justice system”, and was allegedly seen laughing on the phone with his mother on Monday night soon after being questioned by police.

I trust the judgement of this cop.   Very telling that he picked up on Mohamad Hassan’s (thoroughly-Islamic) lack of respect for the Australian justice system; and he seems to have been seriously spooked by the laughter.  He surely has had experience of the behaviour and demeanour of other – non-Islamic, native Aussie – offenders in similar situations (that is, just after being arrested, questioned and charged with dangerous driving causing death) and there seems to have seen something different about the behaviour and demeanour of Hassan.  – CM

‘Mr Hassan’s defence lawyer disputed this claim, saying it was impossible to know what Mr Hassan – who has used the services of an Arabic translator in court – was saying to his mother.

It wasn’t what he was saying. It was that he was laughing.  Laughter is laughter.  It doesn’t involve words.  People don’t normally laugh just after they ran their car straight over two other people and killed them.  Cops get pretty good at reading tone of voice and body language.  Memo to cops; when you are dealing with Mohammedans who are or who claim to be ignorant of English, record everything.  If he had an Arabic-language conversation with mama, it should have been recorded; so that it could, to settle questions such as this, be translated for the court (and not by a fellow Muslim, we have plenty of non-Muslim Arabic speakers in Australia).  – CM

‘The court was told Mr Hassan’s Lebanese passport expired two months ago (hmmmm – CM) and police had been unable to establish whether he had applied for a new passport through the Lebanese embassy.

So he’s in Australia with an expired passport. – CM

‘Mr Hassan was in Australia on a “provisional partner” visa, the court was told, and although his passport had expired, the Department of Immigration and Border Protection had told police he was here legally.

The more I see of this case the less I like it. There are loose ends everywhere. – CM

‘Detective Osmelak told the court Mr Hassan had been driving the Mercedes, which bore number plates from his uncle’s ute, a car Mr Hassan was permitted to drive, on an internaitonal driver’s licence, at 10 pm on Sunday night.

‘Mr Hassan approached the intersection “at speed”, Detective Osmelak told the court, and was seen by witnesses – including the daughter of one of the victims – going through a red light before slamming into the Toyota.

‘Before the crash, the court was told, a dashboard camera recorded Mr Hassan’s car approaching the intersection of Mickleham Road and Alanbrae Terrace travelling at 100 km/ hour in an 80 km/ hour zone.

‘The crash caused “catastrophic damage” to the Toyota, the court heard, ripping the engine from the car and sending the Toyota spinning into a light pole.

‘When police examined the Mercedes after the crash, they saw the speedometer stuck on 130 km/ hour, Detective Osmelak said.

‘The accused received minor injuries.

‘In April, Mr Hassan received a speeding fine for speeding between 15 km/ hour and 24 km/ hour over the limit, the court was told.

Anybody see a pattern here? – CM

‘Mr Hassan, who worked as a labourer in his uncle’s business, lives with his parents and siblings in Tullamarine, the court was told.  His parents were in court to support him, and the court was told family friends had offered to put up a $20,000 surety to secure his release.

Investigate the whole lot of them. – CM

‘Defence lawyer Jonathan Rattray told the court Mr Hassan’s father came to Australia from Lebanon, and was granted a protection visa in 2011 (why? why does a Muslim from Lebanon – not a Christian, a Muslim – need to apply for ‘protection’ in Australia, in 2011? Shiite or Sunni?  What sob story did he spin?  Might be time to re-check it. I observe that this report, unlike the Herald-Sun report, states that it was Mr Hassan’s father, not Mr Hassan, who was given a “protection visa”. – CM) before becoming a citizen in 2013.

I think it’s high time that it took longer and was made more difficult to obtain citizenship. Let’s look at Singapore, Switzerland and Japan.  – CM

‘He sponsored his wife and seven children (seven children! – immigration Jihad, demographic jihad in full swing – CM) and the family resides in Tullamarine, living a “modest” existence.

“Modest”????  So who owns that unregistered black Mercedes that Mr Hassan was driving at 130 km/ hour, in breach of the traffic regulations?    I observe that none of these reports are telling us where that Mercedes came from.   How odd. – CM

‘Mr Hassan will face court at a later date, and will remain in custody until his family can pay the $40,000 surety.”

To repeat, we don’t need him, we don’t want him, throw the book at him, try him, sentence him, subject him to the maximum penalty applicable, and then, once he’s served his sentence, since it appears that it was his father, not himself, who got here under a ‘protection’ visa (probably fraudulently obtained in the first place), give him the boot, back to Lebanon where he belongs.  And frankly, I hope that the AFP, ASIO and the Middle Eastern Organised Crime Squad take an interest in Mr Hassan’s papa, and Mr Hassan’s uncle, and anybody else in the extended family who happens to be on Australian soil. We have a loose thread here,  flapping around in the breeze; let’s give it a good long tug and see what  might be attached to it.  – CM

  1. CM Please do some research! One of the these poor ladies was muslim. May they both rest in peace.  (FYI) Attwood is in Melbourne's north west. So you see this has nothing to do with religion more to do with a young guy who thinks he is invincible behind the wheel.
