T0mmy R0bins0n’s incarceration was the subject of a pre-judicial review hearing at the High Court this morning. Ezra Levant and Dan Wootton were there. Ezra Levant live tweeted during the hearing and Dan Wootton has written this report, in conjunction with Ezra Levant.
Having watched today’s hearing at the Royal Courts of Justice between Tommy Robinson and the corrupt socialist two tier British government, I have absolutely no doubt that Slippery Starmer intends to crush this man psychologically in prison.
The Secretary of State for Justice sent four expensive lawyers paid for by us to try and justify the, quite frankly, barbaric solitary confinement of a civil prisoner for 150 days and counting.
Just to recap: this is a hearing to determine how speedily Tommy’s “judicial review” of his prison treatment should be heard. That is, today the judge will not make a decision on whether that treatment is legal; he’ll make a decision as to how quickly the case will be heard.

As his KC Alisdair Williamson – being funded for this case by Elon Musk, it should be pointed out – brilliantly argued, it’s inconceivable this would be allowed to happen to someone with the opposite viewpoint.
But in his final message today to the court, Tommy – sitting in a isolation room in prison with full beard and looking noticeably slimmer a long sleeved grey Nike top – held up a handwritten side to the camera that simply read: SILENCED – 163 MILLION VIEWS. CAN’T LOCK OUT THE TRUTH
Not surprisingly, at that moment his camera from HMP Woodhill was abruptly cut.
Earlier in the hearing, it was another hand written note from Tommy that exposed the prison for the torture they are exposing him to on a daily basis.
Tommy had raised his hand to object to an obvious mistruth from the government’s KC who was trying to claim his conditions were far better than they really are.
Judge Chamberlain – a free speech advocate who believes Britain needs our own version of the US first amendment – wanted to hear Tommy’s objection and specifically put the court in a recess to allow him to speak to his solicitors and KC privately and report back.
But when the court returned, Tommy revealed to gasps from those in the public gallery: THEY CUT MY PHONE OFF.
Imagine that! The judge literally told Williamson to talk to the client, so that he can give instructions to Williamson. So the hearing adjourned for a bit. But the prison cut off that phone call prematurely, interfering with the court.
I don’t think the judge is pleased.

He then wrote another note that said: MY CALLS ARE LIVE MONITORED. THEY WERE LISTENING AND CUT IT OFF.
This blew a hole in the state’s argument that Tommy was allowed phone calls and interaction with prison staff whenever he wanted.
Ha! The government’s lawyer, Cross, tells the judge he should call the prison governor to try to fix things.
Good luck with that!
So the judge instructs Cross to do just that: “the court has other business to attend to today and we do require the prison to facilitate the…

The clearly furious judge ordered action from Woodhill’s under-fire governor Nicola Marfleet – calling another halt to proceedings to allow Tommy to speak to his legal team.
The judge says that perhaps everyone else can leave the courtroom, and that Tommy can talk through the video link to his lawyer. (Everyone would have to leave so that they have a private call.)

Ezra was right, by the way, not to trust the MSM in courtroom three of the Royal Courts of Justice given his seatmate who may have been from The Guardian was grumbling about “fake journalists”. As Ezra surmised: They’re not neutral, they’re activists!
This is the Guardian’s report on proceedings and concentrates on the segragation as being for Tommy’s welfare.
A “lifer” in the prison holding Tommy Robinson planned to kill the far-right activist while two other prisoners plotted to attack him to gain “kudos and notoriety”, the high court has been told.
However, the physical risk from other prisoners was cited in written submissions by lawyers for the secretary of state for justice to back up the decision to locate him in a segregation unit at HMP Woodhill in Milton Keynes.
HMP Woodhill received several intelligence reports from November last year showing a “non-speculative risk to him including the plot by two prisoners who wanted to assault him to gain kudos and notoriety”, the court heard.
The intelligence also stated Robinson had “a mark on his head” and would be killed by a lifer (someone serving a life sentence) if moved on to a wing.
He was transferred to the prison in November from HMP Belmarsh, where he was said to have stated on his first day that “he had a conflict with the followers of Islam”
The transfer from Belmarsh also took place after death threats and racist abuse were directed on social media and in correspondence to the governor, who is a black woman, according to written submissions
To quote Ezra Levant again “absolutely insane that Tommy is put in solitary confinement because the prison can’t control two other violent prisoners. Just shocking, failed state stuff.)”
As part of his submission, Tommy pleaded for the torture to end. He said he is terrified of the long term consequences and simply wants to leave prison mentally well and not mentally broken.
The judge says he needs to “reflect on the submissions overnight” — so he won’t release his ruling today, as he had originally planned. . . the decision will be “handed down electronically” — e.g. sent out to counsel, as opposed to being read out from the bench.
This is expected tomorrow (Friday 21st)
